How do I export test run results, or report, to include attachments - Zephyr Scale (cloud)?

I'm looking for a way to export files attached to a executed test case.  This has been raised in the past, but I haven't been able to find a recent answer. We recently migrated from testlink to Zeph...

Unfortunately, I do not believe there is a way to do this ; in my experience with Zephyr Scale, it has a very shallow feature set and limited API support, as well as limited engagement with customers or ongoing feature development.
