How do I export test run results, or report, to include attachments - Zephyr Scale (cloud)?

I'm looking for a way to export files attached to a executed test case.  This has been raised in the past, but I haven't been able to find a recent answer. We recently migrated from testlink to Zeph...

It doesn't look like this is possible.  Maybe if you're on the datacentre/server version you could get from the database but there doesn't seem to be a feature or API option to retrieve attachments.

I would put your use case to SmartBear Support and see if they can help.
