Conversion tools to help with older specs/definitions to Swagger OAS -tools,processes,accelerators?

Are there any tips, suggestions, tools, products that can help convert/prep older API definitions into OAS?

e.g. From a WSDL, XSD, RAML - looking to evolve from older specs into OAS Swagger.
