Consistent changes in the WSDL files how to over come this problem

HI Ole ,
              We have created a project file ( which has many test suites )with the initial WSDL we had . Now that WSDL file has been updated and some extra has been added . +
Now my query is whether we need to create the entire project with the updated WSDL

                                                 or

is it enough if we just added the missing tags in the request XML s which we already have from the initial WSDL file .

Note: The WSDL path and Endpoints are same in this case . Only some Extra tags are added in the XSD s .

Can you give a good soultion for this problem
