Print to Review for Doc Review cannot work on Windows 7

Print to Review for Doc Review cannot work on Windows 7.

When click Print -> Print to Review, the CC Client is shown but no further response.

On windows XP, it is OK to add the doc into review.



Could you please investigate it?

    I think we'll need further information in order to investigate this issue. Do any error messages appear when printing using the Print to Review driver? Screenshots would be greatly appreciated so we can see the behavior. There are also a few things to check:



    1. Have you installed and configured the CodeCollaborator GUI client?

    2. Is the CodeCollaborator client installation directory in your PATH?

    3. Was the Print to Review driver installed using an administrator account in Windows 7?

    1. Have you installed and configured the CodeCollaborator GUI client?

    Yes. It is installed and configurated correctly. I can open the GUI and submit the svn diff.



    2. Is the CodeCollaborator client installation directory in your PATH?

    Yes. It is.



    3. Was the Print to Review driver installed using an administrator account in Windows 7?

    Yes. It is.

    I assume you've recently downloaded and installed Print To Review.  What version of the Code Collaborator client is installed on your system?  If it's not a recent version, please download and install the latest client release instead.
