Print to Review for Doc Review cannot work on Windows 7

Print to Review for Doc Review cannot work on Windows 7. When click Print -> Print to Review, the CC Client is shown but no further response. On windows XP, it is OK to add the doc into review. ...

Hi Jane,



I think we'll need further information in order to investigate this issue. Do any error messages appear when printing using the Print to Review driver? Screenshots would be greatly appreciated so we can see the behavior. There are also a few things to check:



1. Have you installed and configured the CodeCollaborator GUI client?

2. Is the CodeCollaborator client installation directory in your PATH?

3. Was the Print to Review driver installed using an administrator account in Windows 7?
