[CodeReviewer] Unable to create a review or add to existing reviews through eclipse

I am unable to create a review/add to existing reviews through eclipse for an svn project. I am getting an error which says com.smartbear.cmdline.ScmCommunicationException: svn: E155010: The node 'C:\Users\212335616\workspace1\PatientEntry_Branch2_20131205\resources\wfp' was not found.
