Code Collaborator Migration issue.

Hi,

 

I am doing the code collaborator migration from version 8.5.8502 to version 9.5.9500.

For this activity we have taken back up in dump file and same backup file is reloaded in newly installed code collaborator 8.5.8502.

While accessing code collaborator server 8.5.8502 by using web browser, I am getting below error.

 

java.sql.SQLException: Access denied for user 'collabuser'@'localhost' (using password: YES)

 

Kindly let me know if any one is aware about the solution of this issue.

    Hi,

     

    It might be database connectivity issue. To test this outside of Collaborator, please verify that you're able to login to the MySQL database as the collabuser user.
