Can Code Collaborator automatically rotate reviewers

We have a large development group, but it seems some developers get assigned more code reviews than others.  Is there a way to have Code Collaborator automatically assign reviewers on a rotating basis, to ensure the review duties get spread out evenly?

I know about file/author subsciptions, but that won't do what I'm talking about, and the users have control over their own subscriptions.
