Browser session to server fails with NS_ERROR_FAILURE
If your browser session to the server fails with error NS_ERROR_FAILURE and/or your log file shows this error:
Caused by: java.lang.Throwable: (NS_ERROR_FAILURE): Component returned failure code: 0x80004005 (NS_ERROR_FAILURE)
This error comes straight from the browser rather than CodeCollaborator / PeerReview Complete. We typically recommend updating your browser, as well as checking for any plugins that could be causing the problem. This is particularly common with Firefox as described here:
