Hi Alertsite Team, I don't see anywhere in any of the templates to edit the email "TO" section, we wantall of the recipients to be added to "TO" Section so that a single email with all recipients will we send to everyone. Hi, I just created a new SLA for a non-multiPOP monitor. Seeing that it is not a multiPOP monitor, I was not able to set the Uptime, however, the Uptime section still shows in the dashboard and is all red. Could you please provide an option to remove the Uptime section from a dashboard when Uptime is not available? Or at the very least, provide an option to rearrange the dashboard, to move Uptime down and move up the Response Time section, so that I don’t have a big red section right in the middle of the dashboard? Would it be possible to add an override on the report page for SLA summary and SLA detail so that we could put in a different "goal". That way we could schedule a report with an SLA of 99.975 for one company while generating a report for another with an SLA of 99.90. As a department where we are only responsible for delivering the "website experience" until DOM load, it would be great if we could monitor and report on availability based upon DOM load. We are having internal SLA's and currently one of the KPI is availability. We are using the standard availability numbers from AlertSite, but actually this is not right if we look at it from our service delivery point of view. We see that if a page as a low(er) availability, in lots of occasions the fullpage download is very high and the checks timed out, mostly caused by "heavy" content. Our department is not responsible for content, so the availability figures give an incorrect reflection of our departments team. Therefore we would like to be able to set and SLA on availability based upon DOM load. Joe Ledva My question is, is there a way to list all URLs with errors from all data points of a performance report. Now let me explain I created a device named siteA which is a script that hits 3 URLs on the web site. The past 250 runs have generated errors. So I create a performance report, selecting siteA, Detail, Graphs, Scatter Plot, Transaction Load Analysis, Fullpage Time Distribution, Status Summary, yesturday, location=Atlanta, data filters=off, go When I look at the html report it shows every data point is red, meaning there was an error of some sort. I click on a data point, then I click on the waterfall icon, it usually shows, in red, an asset that had an error. I would like to get a list of all of those red URLs from every waterfall graph for every data point of the report. Is there a way to do that? If not I would have to click in each data point, then go into each waterfall graph, cut & paste the URL into a doc to get my list. We are receiving email (and SMS) notifications of alert event conditions, which provides such outage detail as timeout/traceroute (and the origin IP address) - but I cannot seem to get this same information via Report API. Ability to access InSite Admin console via HTTPS
There should be a way to configureInSite boxes to use HTTPS rather than cleartext HTTP for the admin interface. As it is now, accessing these devices is done in an unsecure method which could be compromised. According to support, the 1.6.3 version of the software that is running on these boxes does not have this ability and although it is thought to be included ina future release, there is no predetermined date for release. This is just one of the features that these InSite boxes fail to provide for customers. The great thing about AlertSiteare the performance metrics you're able to look at- you're also currently able to export these Reports into CSVs and emails, and schedule them. What I would like to do is have the ability to schedule exporting reports into CSV files into a local path on the client side. We have discovered that when sending a Scheduled Report to a recipient at Gmail and some other email providers, and using PDF as the report type, the message is filtered as SPAM or Junk, or may beblocked by the provider completely. Kind of surprised that FTPS Explicit isn't an option. Implicit FTPS is a depreciated method of negotiating security. The newer versions of the RFC require clients always negotiate using Auth TLS, which means they would have to use explicit FTPS. Hello, In Alertsite only one user can be admin. Co-admins can create and modify configurations but the "Emulate browser" field is hidden for them in the classic UI. As Internet Explorer 6 is the default browser, configurations created by co-admins are completely disconnected from modern web behaviour. This can be very impacting and requires assistance of the admin to fix configurations. Can you allow co-admins to view and edit the"Emulate browser" field in the Alertsite classic UI?
