Zephyr on Jira Datacenter is very slow
Hello, I've got very strange problem. First of all, there is no load at server, like 0.02 load average. But simple operations like move test case from one folder to another or creating new folder are very slow, no errors at logs (or I cant find it), just after few minutes (or hour) new folder appears or test case moves to the right place. I've googled a bit, and disabled every debug logs, rebuilt index, checked database queue. Everything looks fine. Now I need some advice or help about this.9Views0likes0CommentsIs it possible to add test cases to a test cycle from API?
We plan to start to use Zephyr Scale. To import from test cases/cycles managed in excel file, I'm looking for the way that add Test Cases to a Test Cycle without Zephyr Scale UI. Is there any API that enable it? II referenced the API document but I cannot found test case or related parameter in Test Cycles API. Thank you.747Views0likes6CommentsZephyr new Test Runner scrolling up to previous steps
Hi All, After the new Zephyr update our Test Runner has started scrolling up by itself after we pass a step. For example let's say we pass step 35, the test runner window will then scroll up to Step 10 (not sure why that exact step) where you then have to scroll all the way back down to the current step and this is constant - with every single pass step it scrolls up. Is there any way that we can remove the update and use the old version of Test Runner? Is there a way this bug can be reported officially as it's quite an urgent fix.33Views0likes1CommentTest Case Execution Time
Goal: Determine which of the test cases in my Zephyr Test Cycle take the longest to run. Currently, we track the execution time in the Test Player - but that data is not sortable. We also do not seem to have the ability to add "Actual Time" in the Test Case Tab (only estimated time). The 'Reports' I see for Test Cycles only give you aggregated time for the entire cycle, not for each test case execution time.17Views0likes0CommentsZephyr Academy resources
Hello, Previously, in the Academy portal, there were several resources for the Zephyr Scale (or just Zephyr). Right now, there are no resources available (only the ones I have already completed). Do you have any new educational resources? They were used to get to know the tool, but now I cannot find any (except for the technical documentation: https://support.smartbear.com/zephyr/docs/en/welcome.html). And why they gone? I have an access to three courses as I enrolled to them in the past But new members of Academy can not see any resources for the Zephyr application thanks42Views0likes1CommentZephyr Scale not working
Hi, I attempted to use Zephyr Scale as I normally do, but this time it didn't respond. I clicked on Zephyr Scale several times with no result. Eventually, after multiple attempts, the following error message appeared (image attached). Could you please advise on how to resolve this? Thank You.40Views0likes0CommentsUnexpected server error
I am getting an Unexpected server error every time I try to run an automated test case. I checked dev tools for more details and this is the payload: {message: "Unexpected server error", errorId: "45545c83-2dad-4400-ab8f-c40f7b2b68fe"}. I tried clearing my cache, and I also checked with my colleague if he can run the test. It didn't work. Can anyone please help me with this issue?55Views0likes1CommentHow do I create a report on test cases showing who created them?
I'd like to run a report on our test cases that groups them by who created them so that we can better align which folder they are in (based on the area of the product that person is most likely working on). The reports, when exporter, do show who created a test case, but I can't find a report that shows me ALL of the test cases. Is there a way to report on Test Case "created by" - and filter by person? I've tried various exports of lists of test cases, but I can't define which fields to show and it doesn't export the name of the person who created. I've checked out some of the reports, but they don't actually export a list of every single test case in our repository. thanks!139Views0likes5Comments
