Unable to log into almcomplete
I cannot log into almcomplete. The login page doesn't even display, all I get is a set of error messages shown below - Invalid request. WebClass Runtime error '800a2330' URL contains invalid WebItem I successfully logged into it just last week, so I'm not sure what is going on. It does this regardless of the browser I use, I tried Firefox, chrome, and edge. The url has been the same one we have used for years, so no changes there. Any help or suggestions is greatly appreciated, thanks.Solved1.4KViews0likes1CommentDownload XML attachments in QAComplete

Hello!! Is there a way to change the QAC project that users see after login? I cannot find a setting for it. We are not using SSO or AD. The person that originally set everyone up years ago is gone....so no one to ask here. And people are getting annoyed that even though they work in 1 project, they have to constantly switch to it after logging in. Thanks!! Our Jira integration stopped syncing few days back for any new defects created in QAComplete or bugs created in JIRA. Below are the messages we are seeing more often in the logs whilesome of the existing links get synced up but not in real-time: StatusCode: (SecureChannelFailure)ResponseBody: StatusCode: 401 (Unauthorized) Melissa_Campbelhad reported an issue earlier in March and things seem to be working and then more issues occurring recently in May.1KViews0likes0CommentsSwitching database, no login page

We use QAComplete 12.82 to execute TestComplete 14.81 automated testcases across multiple Test Hosts. When I examine failures in QAComplete, the screen captures show different screen sizes between the Test Hosts. For example, screen captures from failures on VM1 show a size of 1737 x 1141, but screen captures from failures on VM2 are 2544 x 1014. The different screen sizes are causing CheckRegion failures in the TestComplete testcases. I am unable to find a setting in QAComplete that controls the screen resolution used when QAComplete connects to a Test Host. How is the screen size determined and how can I make it consistent across the Test Hosts?Solved2.1KViews0likes1CommentAuto-Run Failed Tests in a Test Set in QA Complete
We would like any failed tests in a test set to automatically rerun. We would like to be able to set the number of times it tries again before marking the test as failed. Some of our tests are flakey and don't run correctly the first time, but do pass on their second run. We would like to eliminate the manual step of rerunning the test set in QA Complete.694Views0likes0CommentsRequirements and Test Sets Intermittently not Visible
Hi everyone. My team and I have been experiencing a strange issue with QAComplete for a couple months and we are not sure why/how to resolve it. It seems like a security/access issue or something with filtering that is affecting both Requirements and Test Sets. For some reason, intermittently the Test Sets and Requirements are no longer visible in the application. It takes some flipping through screens and sometimes logging out/back in to fix it. We haven't found one way to fix this issue yet and we haven't always been able to fix it. One workaround that usually works is to find a test case that you know is linked to a test set and/or requirement you are looking for, then click into it through there. This is obviously not ideal. I haven't been able to figure this out intuitively through looking at menus, items that are checked, or Releases/Folders that are selected. This really hinders our productivity because we can't run our test sets or link requirements when they aren't showing up and it requires troubleshooting to figure out the problem. Has anyone else been experiencing this? Thanks!Solved3.3KViews0likes4Comments
