Can I login still after CucumberStudio's free trial has expired?
I cannot login CucumberStudio. I am getting trial over error while logging in. Please see the attached for this. I would like to know what will I lose after trial is over? Can I still login or not? Actually, my trial has been over since last few years. But why suddenly I cannot login today and I am getting this error?
Problem with creating Jira Issues from Cucumber studio
Dear all, After linking Cucumber studio with JIRA and adding the CucumberStudio plugin when i try to add an JIRA issue directly from within the scenario page I get an error as below. Moreover the fields provided for the specific issue are only Project, Issue Type, Summary and Description. No other fields are available. I have tried with Chrome and Safari and i can confirm i have admin priveleges on JIRA.
Backup progress keep loading and unable to cancel the process
Is there a way to revert or cancel the backup process? Recently I tried to generate new backup for my Cucumber Studio project however it keep loading until now and not resolved. Hence I could not download the latest backup for my project. I have tried to find multiple references on how to do it but could not find any information. I also understand that currently there is no specific API to revert or cancel the backup progress. Anyone ever got the same issue and know how to solve it?
