Navigate method is opening new Chrome tab rather than switch to different URL Installed TC v14.91 this morning and now all my Navigate calls to change the page URL to a different page are now loading a new Chrome tab and breaking the test. This did not happen in all previous versions. I've got a basic Specflow method that handles the page navigation. Can someone please explain what has changed in TC v14.91 that causes Navigate to not work properly? When("I navigate to webPage {arg}", function (menu){ temp = Project.Variables.Url+menu; Browsers.CurrentBrowser.Navigate(temp); CommonHelpers.ForceARefresh(); Log.Checkpoint("Navigated to page: "+menu) }); SolvedRe: "You need to authenticate to get the requested resource" useless error Hi TanyaYatskovska. Yes, this computer is already setup to handle that communication back to Cucumber, this error however still shows up at an unknown time and unknown frequency. It prevents me to save my project, which is a real pain. Following a restart, all my test items and persistent variables go missing in the project, and I have to spend the time to rebuild the project to where it was working before. "You need to authenticate to get the requested resource" useless error I have checked all four VM machines for their Credential Manager, and all of them are using the same username and password to access Cucumber. Yet on the fourth machine, when I try to run a test, with "stop on error" turned on, I keep getting this: "Failed to upload the results to CucumberStudio. You need to authenticate to get the requested resource" What else can I check on this problematic machine to divert this false error? SolvedRe: Project Explorer resizes after test run. Readjustment doesn't stick. After asking support I got this solution. On the menu bar of TestComplete, click on View | Desktop | Restore Default Docking Re: Project Explorer resizes after test run. Readjustment doesn't stick. HiTanyaYatskovska. It looks like updating to the latest build hasn't resolved this annoying problem. It still slaps the project explorer about 2/3rds of the screen resolution after every scenario or test run. Anything else that could be tried? Project Explorer resizes after test run. Readjustment doesn't stick. There is an annoying problem as I use testcomplete. It keeps resizing the project explorer tab to about 2/3s of the horizontal resolution. I resize it back to about 1/4, but after the next test run, it chucks it back. How can I stop this fault? I am using TestComplete v.14.60.274.7 x64 Solved
