Do you test your update programs?
Smart Bear Test Complete says it has an update waiting I let it run the update and it fails ugly Smart Bear Test Complete never runs again. Dead installation. Totally unusable. The help I find says to start some service that apparently was removed by the failed update I try rerunning the installer and it says I have a newer version already installed and quits. Should I ask for a refund?
