This config is not very usable in an enterprise with multiple groups having different responsibilities. We would like to provide our users with self service capabilities without opening things up to the world. --Randall pull or push Notifications Detail Report data to Splunk Pull or push Notifications Detail Report data to Splunk. Ability to do one of the following: -- Push via the AlertSite/Splunk integration -- Pull using the API Case #00196385 --Randall add ability for splunk integration to work with the hardware InSite devices Add the ability for Splunk integration to work with the hardware InSite devices. Case #00196169 Thanks, Randall notification templates are not consitent - they don't work from insite Template and Notifier Group additions to the console do not propagate to the InSite appliances, only to the remote locations. I would like consistency for notifications, having the notification templates work from all locations is much less confusing. reference Case #00179969 bulk settings blackout don't work as expected This is specifically for the old interface, which I assume would get ported to the new interface. Summary: Type 'notification' blackouts do not apply to Performance Alerts Currently, blackouts of type 'monitoring' affect both device/availability and performance alerts. Blackouts of type 'notification' affect only device/availability alerts and NOT performance alerts. I would expect a blackout to stop all alerts/notifications, certainly if I don’t care about availability I wouldn’t need performance info -- or at least that's my case. The way it currently works I would call it a partial 'notification' blackout. Thanks, Randall
