QAC Jira Integration
Hello, In QAComplete version 11.3.486, when I created a new requirement in QAC it would creates a New Feature and a new Task in JIRA. Does anyone know what the mapping should be to up to synchronize it to only a New Feature or a Task? Note: I still need to be able to create a new Task or a New Feature from JIRA and have it synch to QAC as requirement. Currently, going from JIRA to QAC is working correctly. Hi Anastasia, No that is not what I meant. All the configuration and mapping are done. This issue is when a new requirement is created and an email is sent to user with QAC links attached in the body. Should be a QAC linking back to requirement ID but instead it's GUID. Hi Anastasia, The guide was very helpful. We are able to get the meat of integration working. However, we are still having issue configuring the URLs between JIRA and QAC to pass correctly. hello, Has anyone upgrade their QAC to v11.3 and knows how to connect to different JIRA environments? We've upgraded QAC and sync it to our jira dev environment to explore. We're ready to sync to jira prod but I am not able to find where it can be done. I've searched but was not able to find an answer in the smartbear community. Hi, I am trying to set up an email alert in QAComplete. One of the alerts is when a test is assigned to me. I followed the steps in the user guide but I am not able to receive any emails. I looked at the emailbatches table in the database and it says that it failed but it doesn't give me a reason why it failed.
