I downgraded to 11.20 and was able to upload the build without any error. It appears to be a problem with 11.30. When i uploaded the most recent build today. Same symptoms as before. I have opened a support ticket. Am I the only one who has problems communicating with support team? Their turn around time is approximately 24 hours. With no resolution. Re: TC is advising that my application is not instrumented. But the developers have instrumented. Thank you very much. How would I go about downgrading? I will downgrade and get back to you all with a response. When talking with their customer support they advised they have had no problems. Re: TC is advising that my application is not instrumented. But the developers have instrumented. Additional information: I have discovered that this occurs when we upgraded our Android SDK to 6.0. Has anyone else been able to do this? TC is advising that my application is not instrumented. But the developers have instrumented. I am attempting to test an application, the problem is that everytime I load it. It will advise that the application is not instrumented. The developer utilized the documentation available, and was able to instrument. This worked in the past. We upgraded the Android SDK to 6.0, and now it appears that it is not seeing that the APK is instrumented. I am currently running TC: 11.30 The build is a Debug Build This has in the past worked without any error, were there any changes in the code that needs to be input into the APK? When I attempt to instrument that application myself, whenever I run the application it will crash. Please help. Re: I am receiving an error when i'm attempting to install/open iOS applications. Thank you. I am going to give this a try and see if this works. I also am working with someone at smartbear, they are looking to the logs for me. I'll get back with an update. Thank you again. :robotvery-happy: I am receiving an error when i'm attempting to install/open iOS applications. Good afternoon, I'm receiving an error when attempting to install/run/open the iOS application. I have instrumented the application using the cert files, and the process within TestComplete. I can open the application on the device after install to bypass the 'run application'. I can even record tests without error. When I attempt to playback the test I receive an error that the application was unable to be opened. It installs without error, and can be manually bypassed after the message. I am unable to to replay the tests at this point and cannot continue with testing. I saw a few other posts about this but did not see a solution available. I can provide screenshots if need be, or exact steps on how to create this. Please help! Thank you. Re: Erro in open mobile by Mobile Screen Hello, Were you able to resolve this issue at all? I am receiving the same error when attempting to open the application on iOS. I have gone through all documentation they have but maybe i'm missing something. Thank you, CHASE.
