Can not run test case developed in TC 11.11 + JScript from HP QC
Hello, I followed instructions provided in few smartbear articles and setup the connection btw TC and HP QC, however, I am getting an error which I do not know where to look it up to make sense out of it . The error message is : Error(L1:C14):Expected Statement I am able to run the test case in TC env. without any issue, it is just when I try to run it from HPQC , it fails any help is appreciated.... ns189876Views0likes1CommentHow to run testcomplete test cases from HP QC individually
Hello, Is it possible to run JScript test cases developed in TC 11.11 from HP QC one at a time and capture the result for each. If the TC project suite contains more than a dozen test cases and each have associated test protocol in HP QC, it would be ideal to run each test case from HP QC and attache the result to HP QC protocol. All articles I read in SB site, it directs you to run all test cases at ones, by exporting the project suite and then import and run the test set ( which I am having issue running it ...gives me an error). thankyou soccerjo. TC missing few things about on log files. I am running multiple test cases back to back and would like to capture log file content for each test case but there is no method to reset the log file at any time during execution of test cases, not very user friendly. :( thanks ns1891KViews0likes0CommentsRe: Is there a way to disable passed checkpoints from logging?

Hi Helen, where do I put the GeneralEvents_OnLogCheckpoint method you provided. When I follow your steps, it put mine in KeywordTests, and then I do not know where the "script"/code is for it. Hi, I read few articles and tech notes on how to save test result (SaveResultsAs) as HTML, MHT or XML, now if I need to create a PDF file , how can I go about writing script to convert these format to pdf. The reason be the test result report need to be in pdf format to be archived I do know how to manually export the test result to pdf file , I need to do this however by script , "automate" it. :) thanks ns1.1KViews0likes3Commentsworking with MS SQL using TC11.11

Hello, we just upgraded to TC 11.11 and made an attempt to read the xlsx file, however getting an error that "External table is not in the expected format". I saw couple posting on the forum in regard to this issue that may related to office 2007, and TC 8 version, We have MS Office 2010 and TC 11.11, why this issue still there? I haven't try the video capture. I do not have anything other than usual applications running on the system. As I mentioned with TC version 11 ( trail verion) I didn;t see this happening. on one other desktop I tried it and it is even worse....it flicker really bad it is difficult to look at the screen.1.3KViews0likes0Comments
