We don't what the exact reason is but the result is kind of strange. There's supposed to be 1 attachment, but the tab shows 3 attachments. When we click the tab, either nothing happens or the whole application freezes and has to be "killed" I have attached a stripped down version of the project so you can se the problem for yourself. I have also attached a screenshot. I'm using the 2.5 beta1 with -Xmx1024mRe: Large attachments - SoapUI "hangs"I've just tried again with the 2.5 beta version and get the same error. I tried to transfer a 7 mb file, and it "blinked" and crashed to desktop with no error messages or anything. I've attached the hs_err_pid file , nothing strange in any of the other log files. I'm using the soapui-2.5-beta1-win32-standalone-bin.zip and i set set JAVA_OPTS=%JAVA_OPTS% -Xms256m -Xmx1024m -Dsoapui.properties=soapui.propertiesRe: unwanted mimeI've finally found time to test the 2.5 beta1 and it doesn't have that problem anymore. Good work, Ole We can close this issue nowRe: unwanted mimeAllright, I'll give it a spin. I'm away at a conference until thursday, so I won't be able to test before thenRe: unwanted mimeHi Ole, > sorry for the hassle.. No worries you're helping me remember? I'm happy to give you the stuff you need. I made and export and also included the soap ui file. Is taht what you need?Re: unwanted mimeSorry, i should have thought of that. I've attached them hereRe: unwanted mimeHi Ole, It is indeed. I've attached the wsdl regards, JakobRe: unwanted mimeSome additional testing showed that it works under 2.0.2, but not under the 2.0.3 version you sent me. So it must be something introduced while fixing that other attachment thing.unwanted mimeHi Ole, I've run into a problem. I have a methods that accepts 4 strings as input. For some reason SoapUI want to send that request as a mime attachment instead of a plain soap request. I've attached a couple of screen shots, can you see what I'm doing wrong?Re: Problems with increasing XmxAll 32-bit Windows JRE's have this limitation. The practical maxium is 1536 mb. If you switch to a 64-bit windows then you can go higher. An alternative is to use the technology from terracotta.org, to scale your in memory data up to terabyte sizes. Another alternative is to get a hardware box from azul systems, that will scale enormously.
