corruption in my project

One of our testers have experienced some sort of corruption in his project.
We don't what the exact reason is but the result is kind of strange.
There's supposed to be 1 attachment, but the tab shows 3 attachments. When we click the tab, either nothing happens or the whole application freezes and has to be "killed"
I have attached a stripped down version of the project so you can se the problem for yourself. I have also attached a screenshot.
I'm using the 2.5 beta1 with -Xmx1024m
