Re: Sql Compact Edition
However...sigh The Connection string is: Provider=Microsoft.SQLSERVER.CE.OLEDB.3.5; Data Source=C:\myCEDb.sdf And it can access tables that have fields of type nvarchar with length 100, but not with length 150. I found this by using custom query to filter out the fields that have alength of 150, and it returns the table data, but if i include those fields, it throws error as attached. Any suggestions? Thanks1.1KViews0likes0CommentsRe: Data driven test does noet seem to work
Hi Ronald, Don't know if this helps, but I had similiar type mismatch problems while using CSV files generated from OpenOffice Calc. In this case, the same column had alpha input such as abc123 as well as numeric input as 123, and OpenOffice calc was treating them as text and numeric. So the solution was to select those columns with ambiguous types and set their format as text before exporting to CSV which was then used as input for data-driven tests.661Views0likes0CommentsRe: How to access non-visual properties.
Actually, after some more analysis, here's the scenario in more details: public class MyCustomBox : TextBox { public MyFieldType MyField { get { return _myField; } } } As, you can see this has only a get accessor, but no set. If I add this class as a property to a WPF Window, Icannot get direct access to Window.MyCustomBox.MyField (in script and object browser). However, I can access the method get_MyField and private field zmyField. But when I add a public set accessor to above class, I can access the Window.MyCustomBox.MyField property from TestComplete.555Views0likes0CommentsHow to access non-visual properties.
I have a WPF form which contains a property such as: public MyFieldType MyField { get { return _myField; } } MyFieldType is a custom class with various properties and such. I cannot seem toaccess the MyField property in the ObjectMap. Is this possible?17KViews0likes2Comments
