The company's SmartBear licence manager login credentials appear to be checking for the old laptop it was run from, I freed off the licences that were in use then it wouldn't allow me to sign in with it again. Maybe if I was going to have been using that old machine there wouldn't have been an issue, but it just stopped me getting into the product.
