Unable to connect SmartBear License Server
Hello Everyone, We are getting the following error (please check the image posted below) on our remote machine, in some machines the license working fine and in some machines we are facing this issue. Can anyone help us on this ? Note: The internet works fine256Views0likes3CommentsRe: Testcomplete not detecting the Javascript Alert on Edge
Let say for example, for every one month browser version is updating and again same for every 2-3 months TestComplete version is also updating. It is not reliable method to update each time and please note that if it is local machine we could easily update whatever we want. But in an organization with restricted environment it is not easy to update everytime. I will not say that these pop ups are so easy to implement from your side, but if you take Selenium most of the pop ups are works fine irrespective of the browser. I don't know why even though I clearly explained in this forum what I needed and what kind of issue I am facing, it didn't helped me, unless you people are asking us to try the alternative way but not the exact correct way which is mentioned in the TestComplete documentation. It would be great that you could explain why these pop ups are not working for latest browser version. Thanks for understanding240Views1like0CommentsRe: Testcomplete not detecting the Javascript Alert on Edge
Sorry the above one is not the solution for my question. Now the Edge version is V117, I tested in Local PC surprisingly TestComplete detected PopUp and it worked without any issue. Then I wanted to check in remote machine, I updated the Edge version to v117 in Remote Machine but again I got the same issue, pop ups are unable to detect. TestComplete Version in Local PC :15.55.53.7 x64 TestComplete Version in Remote Machine :15.52.9.7 x64 (TC-104736-Enable-SAAS-OnPrem-SLM-OCR-Server-JWT) Does the TestComplete version also matters for this pop up issue ? Because, previously when I tried this pop up function, the Edge Version is 114 and TestComplete version is 15.45284Views0likes0CommentsRe: Testcomplete not detecting the Javascript Alert on Edge
Is there any other solution to overcome this browser popup issue on newest browser version, and why this popups are not working, because we are facing issues with it very often, Edge is automatically upgrading by itself andwe cannot downgrade Edge version.322Views0likes0CommentsRe: Run Tests in Edge Browser Normal Mode & InPrivate Mode simultaneously
No it's not working, and we cannot install TestComplete extension while running or while executing the function and it is not a good way of working. If we run the main function only one browser is opening and executing the two functions. def LaunchOne(): Browsers.Item[btEdge].Run("http://www.google.com/") def LaunchTwo(): Browsers.Item[btEdge].RunOptions = "--inprivate --user-data-dir=C:\Temp\ProfileX" Browsers.Item[btEdge].Run("https://www.w3schools.com/") def main(): LaunchOne() LaunchTwo() If we use below function, both functions are opening in Private Mode and in Logs we are getting The Browser is already running. def main(): LaunchTwo() LaunchOne() We cannot use Chrome browser and it is restricted by our organization, that is why we are running our web applications in One single browser simultaneously. So my requirement is mentioned below. Assume we have two Web Apps i.e.,Google andGmailandthese should run simultaneously. Edge Browser - Profile-1 - Normal Mode : run tests for Google.com Edge Browser - Profile-2 - InCognito Mode : run tests for Gmail.com215Views0likes0CommentsRun Tests in Edge Browser Normal Mode & InPrivate Mode simultaneously
Hello Team, We are facing some difficulties while testing the web applications parallelly in one single browser. Here is the scenario, where we have two web applications in which one application opens in Edge Browser normal mode and another one opens in Edge Browser InCognito mode. Here is the sample code in Python. # Launch GMAIL in Edge InCognito Mode def LaunchInPvtMode(): gmailURL = "www.gmail.com" Browsers.Item[btEdge].RunOptions = "-inprivate" Browsers.Item[btEdge].Run(gmailURL) # Launch GOOGLE in Edge Normal Mode def LaunchInNormalMode(): googleURL = "www.google.com" Browsers.Item[btEdge].Run(googleURL) Now the conflict is: If I run LaunchInNormalMode(), the browser is opening in the normal mode and again I am running LaunchInPvtMode() it is opening in the same browser instance and not opening in the private mode. If I run LaunchInPvtMode(), the browser is opening in the private mode and again I am running LaunchInNormalMode() it is opening in the same browser instance and not opening in the normal mode. So I want these two python functions to be opened in two Edge browser instances simultaneously (which is Normal Mode & Private Mode). So I will switch betweenboth Normal Mode & Private Mode simultaneously and continue my test cases. Note: The tests are running in Edge Browser only not on Chrome Is there any solution for this scenario ?336Views0likes6Comments
