Zephyr squad - tests item in JIRA navigation bar

I've installed Zephyr squad for Jira Cloud, and according to this documentation once installed there should be a new top level 'Tests' item added t the Jira navigation bar. Unfortunately it seems this item isn't added automatically, does anyone know how to get the 'Tests' item added to the Jira navigation bar for Jira Cloud? Or is the Zephyr squad documentation out of date? I would love to have this item added to the navigation bar as it makes it much easier for non QA engineers to navigate to tests in Jira.
