What is the difference between zephyr squad and scale

Could any one explain me  difference between zephyr squad and scale. I have to choose one.

We are using Microfocus ALM for Test management and Jira for agile, if we are planning to switch, would you suggest Zephyr scale to Zephyr squad? Please suggest.
