What is the difference between zephyr squad and scale

Could any one explain me  difference between zephyr squad and scale. I have to choose one.

    We absolutely can help you! I'd recommend to first start thinking about where you are in your test management journey. Are you looking for your first dedicated TM tool inside Jira? Then Zephyr Squad is a solid choice. Are you already using some agile test management tool inside Jira, but want more advanced features and scalability? Then Zephyr Scale is a great choice for you.

We are using Microfocus ALM for Test management and Jira for agile, if we are planning to switch, would you suggest Zephyr scale to Zephyr squad? Please suggest.
