Test Automation task is "In Progress"

We have reports uploaded to zephyr squad in automation and works great.

Only issue is the automation job sometimes remains in "In Progress"  . There are no special characters in zephyr story test Id and its random. How do I debug this issue

Each time we have to change the status to success manually. This is sometimes annoying
