Uploaded xUnit xml via curl, only 270 tests hanged it. Also cannot delete other automation tasks which are not in progress.

You can run the following api to reset the job status to FAIL OR SUCCESS.
https://support.smartbear.com/zephyr-squad-cloud/docs/test-automation/api.html#update-status
Once the job status is updated, you can delete the job.

Could you please confirm if the test names in the results file does not contain any special characters and the test names are unique.
There is a known issue with Jira where the search issues results are empty when special characters are used.

While parsing the results file, we fetch the issue details from Jira and due to this issue, we get empty response from Jira. We are working on adding error handling for better response message.

There was no special characters (already knew about this bug) but there was one with no name (empty string).
Wonder how i can get rid of this eternal processing task.
