Project not active (I can't change task type or disable)

Hi everyone 

I have doubt for configuration with the board of a type "team-managed project"

Title: From a user story, build test scenarios with the zephyr test type incidence

Given I want to enable Zephyr Squad

And the type of project is managed by the team

When I enable Zephyr Squad

Then I see the following message : Enable Zephyr Squad in Project (bug)

But I can't desable because it's enable

Help me please
