Newly added JIRA component is not showing up in Zephyr Search Test Executions...

We recently add a new Component field in JIRA and associated some of our test cases with it.  When trying to search Zephyr through "Search Test Executions" and filter by component, the newly added component does not populate in that drop-down.  I saw this article that said it might take a few hours but it has been nearly a week and we still cannot filter our test executions by that specific component.  See attached screenshots for reference.
