Unable to install Zephyr Scale and Zephyr Squad on JIRA. Is there any issue with my JIRA instance?

I have recently taken a JIRA Trial version and had been trying to install Zephyr Scale and Squad. But I am not able to install these apps.

It shows a message "Your licensed has expired".

Not sure why this is happening!

Could someone please help??

Get the key from marketplace, copy and paste into your jira installation
