Trying to Link Sprint to Test Cycle

I am Trying to Link a Sprint to Test Cycle. However, I do not even see the TestView Button. Where is it, or how do I enable it?

I've not setup Zephyr Scale in Jira before but there is a setting to turn it on/off and maybe it's not been turned on?  It's visible within the project board and Project Settings.  I've added an image to show where it is.
