Not able to create test cases and test cycles in Zephyr scale.

Not able to create test cases and test cycles in Zephyr scale. Add test cycle button, Test case button is grayed out. Throwing error such as "permission not there..." Although we have Zephyr Scale Plugin added in JIRA. It was working fine but suddenly after few hours we are not able to Create Test cases as the Buttons are greyed out. Have you checked the Zephyr Scale permissions?  IT sounds like something has changed in that permission set.  It's in Project Settings...

Thank you @MisterB!  Now I am able to add test cases after changing permissions in the settings.
