Have you checked the Zephyr Scale permissions? IT sounds like something has changed in that permission set. It's in Project Settings...

Champion Level 3There is a Project Settings option that you may be able to see if you have Administrator access to your project (if not, speak to your Jira Administrator). Inside that you should find another set of administration options for Zephyr Scale - those options may be under a category called Apps (I don't have administrator access to check for you right now). Once inside the Zephyr Scale administration menu you will see a Permissions feature and in there you can choose whether to allow specific users or groups to perform actions in the app.
