Import File Size has limit of 5MB in trial version

Hi

Wanted to check it's only the Trial Version of Zephyr Scale that has a limit on import file size of 5MB ?

Once the trial version is over, is there any limit on csv import file size ?

Hi, @vivekram ! Thanks for your question.

Are you using the Cloud version of Zephyr Scale? If so, there is a limit of 5 MB, even after the trial is over.

If you need to import test cases and the file is over 5 MB, it's recommended to split that file to get smaller ones.

Yes we are using cloud version of Zephyr Scale.

Would be good if the import size limit is made to 10MB.
