How can I assign different testers on the test steps in Zephyr Scale?

In Zephyr Scale, I created a test case with multiple test steps. I then created a test cycle and add this test case to the cycle. 

Each test case in a cycle is assigned to only 1 tester in Zephyr. However different testers are assigned to the multiple test steps of my test case. And test steps have dependencies, i.e., step2 can only start when step1 is executed and passed testing. 

I can assign the whole test case to 1 tester, and include tester names in "Test Data". All testers can update their testing status. However testers can not track their assigned and completed testing in Zephyr.

Any suggestions?

Hi,

You can achieve this by creating a custom field in the Test Step (see link below) - one of those options is a User Picklist.  Once you've done that you should at the very least be able to record which tester is executing which step.
