how export / import "call to test" in a new project

Hello,

We have many "test cases" with included "Call to test" steps test cases in the section "test script".

How can we export and import the test cases in a new project including "call to test" test cases with a new project key and binded to the new project test case?

We have tryed with Excel, xml, project export/import function, buit it does not working properly.
