Can LoadUI be used to test a "normal" web (http/html) site? Not web services or api calls, but http/html requests.

LoadComplete is our major load testing tool. So, you can use it to record HTTP traffic.
However, Ready! API also allows recording traffic via API Discovery. Please refer to the following documentation:
