Zephyr Enterprise OpenAPI spec or Python client bindings

Greetings!

I'm new to Zephyr and am looking at implementing some automation against our on-premise deployment of Zephyr Enterprise 8.4.0.  But, I'm having a bit of trouble navigating the plethora of product names.  The support site linked from the web app's url lists: Zephyr, Zephyr DC, and Zephyr Essential DC.  Open a ticket leads to Zephyr Scale::Zephyr Server /DC, Zephyr Scale::Zephyr Cloud, Zephyr Squad::Zephyr Essential, Zephyr Squad::Zephyr Essential Cloud. How do I open a support ticket?  None of these seem to match Zephyr Enterprise.  

Exactly what version should I be looking for when I look for a REST API?  I see what looks to be the right documentation here: https://zephyrenterprisev3.docs.apiary.io.  This is in blueprint format.  Is there an OpenAPI spec?  Since this was a smartbear product, I presumed there would either  python client bindings would already exist or I could generate them from the OpenAPI spec, but cannot seem to find it.
