Zephyr JIRA setup of large projects - how best to set up reporting for 14 teams working same project
Trying to find some help on Zephyr plugin for JIRA. I could not identify that as a forum name. We have a large project that will use 14 teams for testing and will last a year. Teams will have 15 to 20 people each. We want to get reporting on a Team basis as well as on a consolidated project wide basis. Any thoughts on how best to "set up" our issues, teams and projects in Zephyr so as to allow teams to work on only their testing work, get reporting for their teams on their own work, and get roll up reporting across all 14 teams. We understand that we can establish 14 seperate projects and get reporting on each project. However it is not clear there is a way to consolidate the reporting data across those projects without doing it manually outside JIRA Zephyr.
