Zephyr Github integration and API’s

Hi, i have a this usecase at my desk. As an test engineer i want automatic test reported into Zephyr. So anyone has idea how this can be implemented with Zephyr API’s I have walk thru API implementation and seems this cannot be via REST API’s. Create test execution, report test runs into execution?
