Some Zephyr Enterprise users cannot open attachments
We have screen recordings demonstrating some of our team members clicking on the Attachment link within Test Execution and nothing happening. For other users, clicking the link spawns a pop-up displaying the attachments. It seems this could be permissions related though the Developer role we created doesn't appear especially restricted when it comes to viewing Tests and their details.
Have others experienced this?
There isn't a specific permission that will block a user from viewing attachments within a test case/project. I'm wondering if this could be a setting on user's browsers that's possibly blocking the popup? and are you still having the issue?
