Attaching evidence files to the testcases through Vortex job

Hi,
Am trying to attach evidences to the testcases in test execution through the Vortex job. Followed the instructions given in Vortex job Execution Events. Still not able to attach the evidence file.
Anyone please guide me.

Hope you are well. 

Are the results in the testcases being updated with a status? 

Is there anything shared if a test fails? 

I wonder if its in relation to your results.xml file. 

Here is a TestComplete example of how you could reconfigure your results.xml file , add additional tags to includes other attachment information.
