Adding second set of testing scenarios

Hello:

I have uploaded 1 set of testing scenarios in the Test Repository.  Now I need to upload a second set of test scenarios for the same release.  I have been told I have to do a re-sync so that the new items will show up with the original scenarios / scripts.  Are there any steps for this process to sync both uploads for the same release?
