We have several mandatory Custom Fields. Some of them are Picklist type. When users create Excel files for import, they often either miss mandatory fields completely or use wrong values. Still, these tests are imported with mandatory fields being empty upon import. Import feature should perform validation, fail and return an error in such cases OLD ID:- ZENT-I-365

Currently, when importing test cases via Excel with folder hierarchy, Zephyr Enterprise always creates the folders under the import job folder, regardless of whether or not the same folder names already exist under the repository. As a user running import jobs several times including test cases that should be added to existing folders, I'd like the import job to check first and add the test cases directly to the appropriate folder so that I don't have to manually do this afterward.
