Hellow.. .I checked the link about system-requirements(https://support.smartbear.com/more-info/testexecute/system-requirements)

I.. installed the Microsoft Windows Server 2019.. then can't i using Test Execute or Test Complete?

I installed Execute&Complete at Server. But Test Complete It looks like.. doesn't working.

I can start the Test Complete at Server. but when I end the record, Test Complete doesn't produce anything.

If I reinstall the Windows Server, then What are you recommend the version?

You have the right link for requirements. The Windows Server versions that are supported are what are in that list.
