object spy does not recognize objects inside the window for web application

Hi

i am using Testcomplete 11.31.2420 but when i m trying to find object using object spy for web application like username and password and click button it does not recognize the object instead in highlight the entire  window in red..i m not sure about the patches bec i m using the compatible browser like firefox 46 and IE 11.

Hi,

Have not heard window inside web application......... Do you mean applet inside web application (i.e. in browser itself) or JWS application outside Browser?

 Can you share snapshot of highlighted object?
