how to use iOS certificate files to instrument application

Question

I have PEM , Developer Certificate, WWDR and Provisioning Profile. All these are taken by developers.
I didn't unzip CertificateExporter. i am unable to instrument application. I couldn't understand where i have to put these certificate files.
I am confused a lot. Please help
